Alerts on the Production Run

When certain actions are met and an alert is triggered, the operator will visualize the alert on the production screen.

Overview

An operator needs to know when there is an active alert on the machine they are running. This transparency makes them react to problems they may have missed in the past. For example, if you are dealing with adhesives, and the temperature on a nozzle is outside of parameters. The product you are producing might need to be reworked or scrapped. To save money and time, the operator can now see the active alerts on the Operator Screen and reduce their response time. If there is more than one alert active, the alerts will interchange on their own.
