      Send Meter Readings from Mingo to eMaint

      Send the production run's active running time or total quantities to eMaint

      Please make sure the Company has an API username and password. To check, please follow the steps under "Add the API username and password"

      Add the API username and password

      1. Edit the Companies, and go to the Integrations Tab.
      2. The API's username and password must have the correct credentials.
      3. Save your changes.

      Add a Production Run Alert

      1. On the Administration Tab, go to the Alerts.
      2. Add a new Alert.
      3. Select Production Run as your Alert Type.
      4. Click Create.
      5. Write a Name and Description for the Alert.
      6. Add Expression
        • The only required expression is the following:
      7. On the Integration Tab, Select eMaint as the Integration Plugin and the Integration Type based on your need.

        • Hours: sends the amount of hours the machine was actively running, which excludes downtime.
        • Cycles: sends the Total Quantity produced (or units in eMaint) on the production run.
