Security Groups

Setup security groups and permissions for users

Summary

Security groups allow you to assign entitlements (security privileges) to the group. Security groups are assigned to users.

Process

  1. Go to the Administration Tab and select Security Groups.
  2. Add a Security Group.
  3. Select a Group Name for your security group. This should be unique.
    • Active: this has to be enabled for the security group to be active.

If you change any permissions, the users must log out and back in to see the changes.
