Notification Preferences Can I choose to receive push notifications or emails or both? Bryan Sapot

Overview

Would you rather receive push notifications on the Mingo mobile app vs emails? You can choose how you or your users get alerts. 

Note: You must have the mobile app installed on your phone and notifications enabled to receive alerts as push notifications.  

There are two ways to configure your preferences: 

Change your preferences:

1. Click your name in the upper right of the screen 
2. Choose Preferences
3. To receive alerts via email turn Enable Email Notifications On
4. To receive alerts via push notification on the mobile app turn Enable Push Notifications On 

Change Any Users Settings as an Admin

Note: you must have the manage users entitlement to make these changes. 

1. Go to the Administration menu 
2.  Click Users on the left menu
3. Edit the user you want to change
4. To receive alerts via email turn Enable Email Notifications On
5. To receive alerts via push notification on the mobile app turn Enable Push Notifications On
