Prompting the operator for a downtime reason
When you set a short stop threshold on a cell the system will prompt an operator to enter the downtime reason code when SensrTrx detects a short stop.
When a short stop is detected the follow process is followed.
- If any operator has the Report Production screen open a pop up will appear.
- The operator can choose the correct downtime code for this short stop
- If another stop stop occurs before the operator enters the downtime code. The system will record the downtime code against the current downtime record. The original downtime record will keep the default short stop reason code.
- If two or more people are viewing the Report Production screen at the same time and one of them enters the reason code the downtime dialog box will disappear on both users screens.
